Meet Ivan, our CEO and leader. He acquired his real estate license in 2003 and immersed himself in property management since 2005. In 2010, Ivan became a licensed broker, allowing him to establish his own real estate firm. With over two decades of experience, Ivan excels in sales, real estate, and property management. He's also a landlord, real estate investor, and a trusted broker. Beyond business, he enjoys family time, world travel, boating, and exploring diverse cultures.

Meet Janeth, our COO and financial expert. A UCF graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Janeth joined us in 2012 and became a licensed real estate agent in 2016. Her role includes financial planning, accounting, and overseeing operations, leasing, and maintenance. She's a dedicated professional who balances discipline with diplomacy. Outside work, Janeth enjoys family moments and traveling while actively contributing to local charity projects.

Outside work, he shares adventures with Poseidon, his Australian Shepherd, and enjoys outdoor activities like surfing and hiking.
